Do I have to be at home during the booking?
Is my presence required throughout the entire day, or can I continue with my own tasks when not actively involved?
Absolutely, working from home or attending to your personal tasks during the session is entirely acceptable. Our approach often involves intermittent collaboration, allowing you the flexibility to manage your own schedule as needed. There will be instances when your active involvement is required, but rest assured, there will also be periods when our work can proceed independently.
Do you remove the decluttered items, and if so, what is the destination for these items?
Yes, I can remove items equivalent to one car boot load, and I donate these items to a local charity shop. However, items intended for recycling centres should be managed and disposed of by you.
What happens if I struggle with making decisions during the decluttering process?
Rest assured, I will never pressure you into parting with items that you’re uncertain about. My approach is patient and non-judgmental. I’ll always respect your decisions during the decluttering process and work in accordance with your preferences.
Is storage provided as part of the service?
Storage options are available to clients at an additional cost. However, it’s important to note that the precise storage requirements may not be clear until after the decluttering phase. To address this, I come prepared with some basic storage boxes. If additional or specific storage items are needed, we will make these decisions collaboratively once the decluttering process is completed. This approach ensures that your storage solutions align with your exact needs.
